Awkwafina
Awkwafina has been described as an American actor and musician who started her career through smart raps that addressed gender and ethnic identities from a the most comical of perspectives. Her career then grew to Hollywood. Nora Lum, born in Forest Hills Queens to Chinese and Korean immigrants, was her first musical encounter. She performed on the trumpet. Following her Jazz and classical training, she delved into hip-hop in her teen years. After concentrating on education, she earned an education in journalism at college and a women's studies degree. She didn't start focusing on music until after she graduated. Following her viral success through the Internet, her track My Vag was a reaction to the song of Mickey Avalon's My Dick. It eventually appeared on the album she released, Yellow Ranger. The album also featured viral hit tracks, such as body-positive Queef and winking tour of her home NYC Bitche$. The latter song was linked directly with another Awkwafina project NYC A travel guide that was released in 2015. With musician and author as her credentials, she set her sights on a third endeavor actor. In addition to early shows like Girl Code and Tawk she was also in films such as Neighbors 2 Storks and Bad Rap. She had a breakthrough role in the year 2018 when she appeared in a number of movies that were highly regarded, such as Dude Ocean's 8 and Crazy Rich Asians. This June, she released her debut EP "In Fina We Trust".
